Our story
Our company, Sardinia Global Service (SGS), was founded in 2017 as a Property Management and Co-Hosting company, drawing on the twenty-year experience of its founders in real estate management and economic valuations. In 2020 the KENEKITA by SGS brand was born, specialising in the management of villas, maisons, relais and prestigious apartments, selected for their aesthetics and architecture as well as their location, all aimed at maximising management profitability in short-term tourist rentals, with an operational focus in Northern Sardinia. The offer for selected guests is varied, from villas with private pools to luxury apartments, spread across the main tourist destinations of Northern Sardinia — Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo, Baja Sardinia, Palau, Costa Paradiso, Stintino, Golfo Aranci and San Teodoro — and in the cities of Olbia and Alghero.
